Registration & Fees

Register online at https://secure.rec1.com/SC/summerville-sc/catalog through October 1 - 22, 2024.

  • Town of Summerville Residents $50
  • Non-Residents $70

Documents needed during registration include Birth Certificate or Military identification, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Medical Insurance. These documents must be emailed to Tim Orvin at torvin@summervillesc.gov upon the time of registration. Forms of payment include cash, check, and/or credit card. 1

Age Groups

Determined by the participant’s age as of September 1, 2023 (Leagues for boys & girls):

  • 10U Boys (Ages 9-10)
  • 10U Girls (Ages 9-10)
  • 12U Boys (Ages 11-12)
  • 12U Girls (Ages 11-12)

Play

A boys league and a girls league playing 5 on 5.

Participants must provide their own “no pocket” shorts. Participants will receive a game jersey. Teams will be furnished with basketballs and other necessary equipment.

Practice

Practices will start in December. Games will be played Monday-Thursday evenings and/or Saturday mornings in January and February at the Rollins Edwards Community Center.
